Meet Lilly

Hi, I’m Lilly! While growing up in a very business orientated family I started to pursue my career in my passion, Beauty Therapy at the age of 15. I since have 10 years of experience in the industry, from working in a beauty salon, starting my own salon from home, moving to Brisbane to study more and work in a day spa. Before returning home to run my own beauty, wellness and recovery centre. 

With my 10 years experience and knowledge I decided that Central Queensland needed somewhere for young women to be able to receive the extensive knowledge to train and educate. This is where ‘The Lill Franc Beauty School’ came alive.

I’m very passionate about in everyone around me succeeding and I hope with this new adventure I can inspire girls all around CQ and the world, to enter the beauty world, train and explore what an amazing industry it is and the incredible opportunities that come with it.

We used all forms of social media to meet the audience in their most comfortable locations, and talked in their own language.
