The One Life Centre – Terms and Conditions

By engaging with services, gift vouchers, and memberships provided by The One Life Centre, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and a respectful environment for all.

1. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers issued by The One Life Centre are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
• In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to notify you when your voucher is nearing its expiry.
• Expired gift vouchers will not be honoured under any circumstances.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

2. Memberships

• Memberships are valid for a period of 6 to 12 months, depending on the treatment or service package selected at the time of purchase.
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
• You may request to pause your membership if you are travelling or away for a period of one month or more. All pause requests must be made in writing in advance, and supporting evidence (e.g. travel itinerary) may be requested.

3. Behaviour and Conduct

• The One Life Centre is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all staff and customers.
• Verbal abuse, aggressive behaviour, or any form of intimidation will not be tolerated.
• Any individual causing a disruption or acting inappropriately may be asked to leave the premises immediately, and future access to the Centre may be restricted or denied.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice or missing an appointment may result in the forfeiture of your session or voucher.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your session time you will be charged 50% of your booking. 
• If you no-show your appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment

5. Liability

• While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, The One Life Centre is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained while on the premises or during the provision of our services.
• Please consult with your healthcare provider before commencing any new treatments, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

6. Privacy

• All personal information collected by The One Life Centre is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

7. Changes to Terms

• These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
