Our team is made up of 5 result driven women, a mix of Beauty Therapists & Remedial Therapists. Together our centre is combined over recovery for the body & the skin, our skincare range 'Waterlily' offers our clients an intense treatment to properly recover the skin treating any condition.
Our owners, Lilly Kele & Sean O'Neill combined have over 15 years experience helping clients achieve their health, fitness and beauty goals. In this time they have seen first hand the frustrating injuries and the recovery downtime our clients have to endure. Motivated to not only help accelerate recovery time, our treatments here cover a wide range of health, wellness, recovery & beauty.
FLOATATION THERAPY
You don’t need to prepare before coming for your float session. Just come ready to relax and float away. A therapeutic session in a float tank typically lasts 60 minutes. We provide everything you’ll need for the float session including Towels, Earplugs, Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash. It is up to you if you wish to bring togs to float in or you can float nude. Try to float in as little as clothing as possible, after about 10-15 minutes you won't feel anything due to the salt density.
A client enters the CryoChamber, where the skin surface cools to -130’c Cryotherapy tricks the body into “fight or flight response”, triggering the release of adrenaline, endorphins and anti-inflammatory proteins. The body is not actually in hypothermia, but the brain thinks that it is. Blood rushes to the core, increasing metabolism and energy. Cryotherapy provokes vasoconstriction followed by vasodilation as the body reheats. This process increases blood circulation and detoxification, enriches the blood with nutrients and oxygen and reduces inflammation.

How does it work?
Infrared heaters warm the body in the same manner as natural sunlight. Infrared heat therapy uses the wavelength of the visible and non-visible light spectrum of sunlight that heats the body normally. Each different infrared light has a different effect on your mind, body & skin.

Our beautician has 5 years experience in the beauty industry, specialising in full body waxing, tinting, massage, facials & cryo-facials!
We also have special hair mask treatments & a super intensifying eye mask to treat our beautiful clients with.
